Marilyn’s astute business acumen has been developed over 40 years of sales, marketing & management experience in global corporations and local business ownership.
With career sales of over 40 million dollars exclusively in Niagara-on-the-Lake real estate, Marilyn is an established realtor with a high standard of professionalism and client service. You can always be assured that Marilyn has one focus in mind – providing you the best advice and service possible. Having owned multiple properties for personal and investment purposes, she approaches each transaction with the same care, attention to detail and analysis, as if it was her property.
Marilyn and her husband Terry, chose to make Niagara-on-the-Lake their home over 25 years ago, when returning to Canada following expatriate career assignments. Although the Town has changed over the past 25 years, it is still as special a place to call home today, as it was back then!
Marilyn currently sits on the King’s Point Condominium Corporation Board as Treasurer, is a Director on the Niagara Association of Realtors and has been a member of the OREA Ethics and Arbitration Committee for the past three years.
When Marilyn is not focusing on her clients or committee work, she is often found on the tennis courts. As a Past President of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Tennis Club for four years, she continues to be an active volunteer and has now returned to the Board of Directors, as Club Treasurer.
